5. Disclosure of Personal Information

Information gathered by brokers is to be held in the strictest confidence and is only ever referred to by insurers or staff underwriters. In limited circumstances we may disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:
To service providers and contractors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, data analysis, and marketing services.
To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from government authorities.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access. At My Insurance Broker we utilize forms of data encryption to ensure highest level of data privacy.
