“The IREP Incentive Program”

CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS:

1. To participate, complete the steps included in the email and once your review has been completed and validated complete “customer contest submission form” at the bottom of the page. Once validated, a gift card will be sent to your insured
2. To be eligible, you must complete these steps no later than February 28th, 2018 at 11:59 pm. You must have at least one active policy with My Insurance Broker Corp. and be the registered ‘Named Insured’ on the policy. Additional drivers or members of the household will not be eligible or qualified as participants to this program.
3. The contest starts on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 and ends on Thursday, February 28th, 2018 at 11:59 pm.

INCENTIVE:

1. The reward is valid for 1 person and is comprised of: One (1) Gift Card for either Shoppers Drug Mart OR (1) Starbucks Coffee in the amount of $10.00 to be used at a location of either store of your choice. Please note this contest is in no way affiliated with Shopper Drug Mart Corporation or Starbucks Coffee Canada, and any material contained here-within is not representative or associated with either brand or any in-store rewards or other programs offered through these Vendors.

TERMS OF USE:

1. This offer represents an equal cash value but cannot be exchanged, refunded or combined with any other offer or promotion.
2. All other personal expenses will be borne by the recipient. In cases where, for reasons beyond its control and which are not related to the winner, the Sponsors cannot award a prize as described in these rules, they will replace, in whole or in part, the prizes by a similar one of the same or greater value, at their sole discretion.

GENERAL RULES:

1. The reward program is open to Ontario residents aged 18 years and older.
2. Limit of one entry per person, with rewards offered to the first 150 reviews. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programming or any other automated means are prohibited and are automatically disqualified. A person who registers more than once is automatically disqualified and all entry forms received from this entrant are declared inadmissible.
3. This contest is organized by My Insurance Broker Corp. Subject to the conditions herein, the contest is open only to Ontarioresidents insured with My Insurance Broker Corp., except employees, agents and/or representatives of My Insurance BrokerCorp. their distribution or affiliated companies, advertising agencies or any entity associated with the reward program,as well as any person with whom an employee, agent and/or representative of My Insurance Broker Corp. Any entrant who doesnot comply with these conditions should inform My Insurance Broker Corp. when they are contacted.
4. By entering the contest, any recipients authorizes, if required, program organizers or their advertising agencies to use his/her name for promotional purposes without compensation.
5. Reward program organizers accept no responsibility of any kind in all cases where their inability to act results from an event or situation beyond their control.
